Let’s face it buying a house can be stressful.When working with a realtor you want someone who will tell you the facts and put you in the driver’s seat. The new craze these days are for homeowners to sell their home on their own.  Let me ask you, “If you had a Corvette, would you work on it if you didn’t know what to do?” If you won’t do it with your car why are you going to try it with one of your most important investments?

System Analysts are going to help clarify your reasons to buy/sell and determine your timetable.  Our Marketing department is leading the charge to determine the best selling price and marketing strategy.  Maintenance is working on Property Preparation while Agents are receiving and negotiating counteroffers. All this continues to happen until you complete the transaction selling/buying your home.  And even then there is a coordinator to assist with any post closing issues. Our company stands ready to keep you in control of your slice of the housing market.The question is “Not if you need me to be your realtor, it’s can you afford to be without the best”.
